This website is run by Miriam Tzur, who can be reached by email at contact@miriamtzur.com.
Visiting this website
The website is hosted on a server operated by IONOS SE in Germany. When you visit it, your browser transmits technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and information about your browser and operating system. This data is used only to deliver the page. The server does not keep access logs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is a secure, working website.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services, and does not load content from other providers (for example, no external fonts, maps or videos).
If you change the language of the site yourself, your browser remembers this choice on your device (in what is called local storage). This information is not sent to me. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG.
Contact form and email
If you write to me using the contact form or by email, I process your name, your email address and your message in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to arrange lessons. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, for all other enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Messages sent through the form are not stored on the web server; they are forwarded to me directly by email. The email service of ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany) is used for sending. I delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Spam protection
To prevent automated misuse of the form, your browser solves a small computational puzzle while you fill it in. No third-party service is involved and no cookies are set. To prevent too many submissions in a short time, the server keeps a checksum (hash) of your IP address in memory for no longer than one hour; it is then deleted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). A short email to me is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority where you live.
